For over 20 years now, I have used my extensive Redshaw knowledge to help agents continue to use and maintain their PC-Elite systems.  I can help you with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Troubleshooting error codes and other PC-Elite problems
  • Redshaw system maintenance (including monthly history transfers and other end-of-month processes)
  • Data capture to text files that you can store on your network (History, TRAXlog, etc.)
  • Unix maintenance and cleanup
  • Disk usage issues
  • Report and workflows

If you enroll as a VIP support client, you will also receive unlimited access to my online PC-Elite knowledgebase.  If you prefer to pay as you go, you will be billed at $250 per hour for any time I spend working on your Redshaw system or providing technical support via telephone or email.

You should know that I will not, under any circumstances, make programming changes to your software code. Should such changes arise, you will need to contact Ebix directly and pay any necessary fees to them. You should also be aware that my knowledge and access to information pertaining to download and hardware issues (ie: staging a new hard drive) is very limited. I will help as much as I can, but this is a weak area for me. If you don’t have a local hardware person who is experienced with the Redshaw version of SCO Unix, I can refer you to other companies who might be able to help with a new server or other hardware component issues.
