Cookie-cutter websites just aren't cool, so any Quick-Launch Website will be retired after it has been selected by three agencies. In most cases, even those three agencies will have sites that barely look the same because each one will have been customized with colors, fonts, and other content to make it unique for that agency.

It is also my intention to add a new Quick-Launch Website template to the collection each month, so there will always be a fresh assortment of site designs to choose from.

The three hours of customization time included in your purchase can be used for anything you want, including changes to the color scheme and fonts, adding content to each page, updating the carrier logos and their claims/billing information, and anything else that will make your site unique. When you purchase the Quick-Launch Website package, you will receive a questionnaire that will help you provide these details in the most efficient way possible.
Sure! If you see a feature on another template that you would like to include in the one you selected, I'll be happy to use your customization time to add it to your site. There is also a growing list of premium features available that can be added now or later.
No, unless you sign up for ongoing VIP service, the only cost you will incur is the price you pay for the website (including any additional time). If you want me to provide hosting services, I'll be happy to do so, but you will still retain ownership of everything, including your domain address, website content, and any supporting files.
No, I can update your existing website wherever it resides. All I need is a login and password to the current server. This will enable me to upload the new files when your new Quick-Launch Website is ready to go live.

If you decide on a custom CMS site instead, I do require that you use one of my recommended commercial website hosting companies.

While my goal is to keep you so satisfied with my work that you'll keep coming back for changes and site maintenance, I do realize how annoying it can be to paying for minor changes. I'll be happy to how you how to make simple changes to the content on your site, but urge you to leave the heavy-lifting to me (such as additional pages, menus, and new features).
No, I do not charge for the time I spend on the phone, discussing your ideas or answering your questions. In most cases, the only time I spend "on the clock" is when I'm actively working on your site — usually with the phone and email turned off to avoid interruptions.
